Fitness Testing & Assessment

Come to our studio or let us come to you for a complete physical fitness assessment using the guidelines and standards established by the American College of Sports Medicine and President’s Council on Physical Fitness, Sports and Nutrition. Your complete assessment includes a sub maximal treadmill (or ergometer test) conducted by an Exercise Physiologist for Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Body Composition and Flexibility. Results are compiled and delivered during a follow-up visit that includes suggestions for improvement and recommendations for success you’re your exercise program.
